I enjoy running long distances on trails.  I am a proud science-nerd who especially likes nutrition and rocks.  My favorite food is ice cream (yes, you can eat healthy and still enjoy ice cream!).

I’m great at looking at observations and data to understand the whole picture.  Nutrition is a challenging science.  Research can be conflicting and very nuanced.  The body’s interconnectedness and each person’s individuality adds complexity.  Yet understanding nutrition is imperative to our health.  

As a nutritional therapy practitioner, I listen to what you’ve gone through, where you are at now, and where you want to go.  I look at your symptoms, what your current life situation and demands are.  With all this information along with the current science, I help you implement a plan with the food and lifestyle habits that actually work for you.
