Foundation Program

This option is for those ready to make lasting change and wanting support along the way. In this 3-month program we will have 7 sessions together where we will make continuous steps to help you get where you want to be.

  • Detailed assessment looking at your goals, concerns, lifestyle, and symptoms

  • Develop individualized recommendations throughout the program that will build on one another to help you reach your goals

  • Detailed analysis of symptoms throughout program to help measure progress

  • Weekly check-ins via text or email to check progress

  • Educational handouts to learn about how your body functions

Our time together will be about me listening about where you are coming from, where you are at, and where you want to go. Everyone’s needs are different.

You will get recommendations and resources that are specifically designed for you to help meet the health and lifestyle goals you have for yourself.

My job is to provide support and guidance as you take control of your health. If you are struggling, I will be here to figure out how to adjust so you can keep moving forward.
