I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), and I am here to empower you with knowledge and realistic strategies to help you regain control of your health. I believe we all have the ability to take care of our bodies so they thrive, sometimes life just seems to get in the way. I will work with you and your lifestyle so that you can make manageable, sustainable changes that help you eat, move, and feel the way you want.
There is so much conflicting information out there, it makes it hard for anyone to know what they should and shouldn’t do to be healthy. The truth is, there is not one right answer that fits everyone. We are all unique and need different things for our body to be the best it can be.
